Course Description
Achieving excellent orthodontic treatment results is the logical corollary of complying with essential prerequisites, starting from quality diagnostic records, an individualized treatment plan which is often elaborated by an interdisciplinary team, correct appliance management and maintaining pace with current technological achievements. Multiple clinical patients will be presented to illustrate the eight key factors for successful outcomes in modern orthodontics.
Educational Objectives
- After the lecture the participant will know the most important factors for achieving predictable and successful orthodontic treatment outcomes.
- After the lecture the participant will be able to implement simple but helpful tricks for comprehensive appliance management.
- After the lecture the participant will have learnt that modern orthodontic treatment is an interdisciplinary team effort in order to satisfy not only the highest aesthetic patient demands, but to also achieve good function and long-term maintainability.
