Facial Analysis: A Paradigm Shift in Esthetics for Treatment Planning Full Arch Cases
Speaker
Dr. Orphanos received his Certificate in Periodontics from Tufts University, in Boston in 1994. He has pursued a career in private practice in Boca Raton, Fl since 1994. His mentors in Perio-Prosthetics at Tufts instilled a desire for continuing education that still persists today. He formed a study club within the first year of his private practice and maintains two study clubs which meet on a monthly basis. His pursuit for education and knowledge is unprecedented as he routinely sends group texts to his study club members at 4:00AM, they have since learned to shut their phones. He has a sub-specialized practice which concentrates on dental implants and procedures associated with such. His passions are dental photography and facial analyses. In 2019, he published an article regarding facial analysis as a diagnostic factor for full arch reconstruction, as a result he has lectured on 4 different continents, a half dozen universities and dozens of private study clubs around the world, presenting his unique approach to optimizing dental esthetics by utilizing facial diagnostic criteria.
When he is not working, he enjoys traveling with his family, working out and playing with his especially rare breed of dog.
