Dr. Panesar is a current fellow in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstructive surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed his Master of Science in Biomedical Science with dual concentrations in Oral and Stem Cell Biology, his Doctor of Dental Surgery at New York University, and then went on to earn his Medical Degree and certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Washington. His clinical and research interests include surgical oncology, reconstructive techniques, craniomaxillofacial trauma, and administration of ambulatory anesthesia.
