Course Description
The treatment of peri-implantitis has become a significant challenge for many dentists who place implants. Dr. Ravidà will present an evidence-based protocol for managing complex implant-related biological complications in the aesthetic zone and other areas of the mouth. The presentation will feature a detailed, step-by-step approach to treating severe peri-implant bone defects, guiding attendees through each stage of the process using a combined surgical and prosthetic approach. Special emphasis will be placed on how the morphology of peri-implant bone defects influences surgical treatment decisions and outcomes as well as the critical role of implant surface decontamination, highlighting the use of Air powder abrasive technology.
