A Contemporary Look at Retention

Dr. Rossouw has been an academic and clinical orthodontist for the last 40 years. He is a Director of the American Board of Orthodontics. He has served on AAO Councils, namely COSA, COE and PARC, and represented the AAO on the SCDP. Dr. Rossouw has contributed more than 200 publications to the dental literature. He is a member of many associations and societies, amongst them the well-respected Tweed Foundation, where he has served as clinical instructor, as well as the Angle Society of Orthodontists. He serves on the reviewing panels for various orthodontic and general dentistry journals and has been a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) site visitor. He maintains a part-time University Faculty Clinical Practice.

Course Description

The importance of retention is often overlooked. The presentation will provide information to consider in the everyday treatment of orthodontic patients which will be useful in the pursuit to a stable outcome.
