When Minimally Invasive Restorative Dentistry Meets Digital Workflow

Dr. Anabell Bologna graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1996. In 1998, she started her training in the area of dental technology, participating in a Fellow in the Laboratory of the Prosthodontics Program at the University of Texas Houston. She has done internships and trainings with recognized technicians in laboratories in Mexico, Brazil, USA and Europe. In 2016, she qualified as a dental technician in the national training center for dental technicians in Cenatede, Caracas Venezuela.
Dr. Bologna has 25 year of clinical experience, working full time in private practice focused on cosmetic dentistry, oral rehabilitation and implants. She is an Associate Professor in the graduate aesthetic program at Central University of Venezuela, the implants program in University Santa Maria and the training center Sinergia Dental Instituto all located in Caracas, Venezuela.

Course Description
During this presentation will describe, step by step, the clinical and laboratory processes to guide the pre-operative functional and aesthetic evaluation, which allows us to execute a treatment plan in full mouth minimally invasive rehabilitations.
Educational Objectives
- Follow a very detailed treatment plan, incorporating digital workflow.
- Learn how to adapt conventional techniques and procedures to digital technology
- Understand the advantages of digital tools to complete a complex case.
- Analyze many details about opening the VDO and how to treatment plan and restore.
- Identify areas within the practice where can be used either 3D printing or milling technology depending of each situation.
- Develop new ways to improve optimal clinical - technical approach.
